Privacy policy
Who is responsible
CB Consulting LLC decides why and how the personal data described below is handled. Questions, requests and complaints go to hello@clemencebareth.com and are answered by Clemence Bareth directly.
What this site does not do
This site does not profile you, does not follow you elsewhere, and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We only ask for your details when you choose to get something back: your scorecard result, a call, or emails you asked for.
How your data reaches us
Taking the AI Scorecard. When you ask for your result, we keep your email address, your answers, your profile and your scores. They pass through Make, an automation service, and are stored in our Notion workspace, operated by Notion Labs, Inc. in the United States.
Booking a discovery call. The booking runs on Calendly, a separate company. You give Calendly your name, your email address and your answers to a few questions about your business, so the call can be prepared. Calendly publishes its own privacy terms at calendly.com/privacy.
Writing by email. Anything you send to the address above is received and stored in an ordinary business mailbox, and is used to answer you.
Visiting the site. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. The video on the sales page uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode: YouTube does not set cookies until you play it.
Why your data is used
Your scorecard data is used to show you your result and to contact you about the AI Business Lab, which is what you asked for when you gave your email. Booking and email data is used to answer you and hold the discovery call. Your data is never sold, never rented, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.
Newsletter
You only receive our newsletter if you ticked the box asking for it. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at any time to stop it.
How long it is kept
Scorecard, enquiry and booking records are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Records connected to an actual enrolment are kept for as long as the contract and the applicable accounting and tax rules require.
Where the data goes
CB Consulting LLC is established in Qatar. The site is hosted in the United States, and the booking, storage and typeface services named above are operated from the United States. If you are in Europe, part of your data is handled outside the European Economic Area. Only what is listed on this page is involved.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to hello@clemencebareth.com and you will get an answer within one month. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may raise it with the competent data protection authority, which for a visitor in Europe is the supervisory authority of your own country.

Who owns what is here
The text, images, page designs, the AI Scorecard and the Lab materials belong to CB Consulting LLC. They may not be copied, adapted, taught or reused commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a clear credit and a link back is welcome.
This site is not an offer
The sales page explains how the AI Business Lab runs. It is not a contractual offer, and nothing on this site creates an enrolment. Enrolment is governed only by a written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement prevails over anything described here. Dates, content and prices may change before it is signed.
The scorecard and the content
The AI Scorecard and the content on this site are general in nature and do not take account of your particular business. They are not legal, financial, tax or technical advice.
Links out
This site links to services operated by others, including the booking page and YouTube. Those are outside CB Consulting LLC's control, and their own terms and privacy practices apply once you leave this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Qatar Financial Centre.
